Giulia Beatini approached music at the age of six thanks to experience polyphonic singing, while simultaneously cultivating an interest in drama and improvisation.
Graduated in Philosophy with full marks and honours from the University of Genoa, she conducted her musical studies of singing and vocal chamber music at the Conservatories of Genoa and Turin, with Gloria Scalchi and Erik Battaglia. At the Conservatory “Niccolò Paganini” in Genoa she obtained the 2nd level Academic Diploma in Lyrical Singing with full marks, honours and dignity of publication. She deepened her study of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries music with Matteo Messori, Alessio Tosi and Rossana Bertini.
She promotes the repertoire of the ‘900 by regularly performing with Eutopia Ensemble and MDI Ensemble, and she has premiered works at the International Festival of Contemporary Music of the Venice Biennale.
At the same time she has a strong predilection for ancient music and in this area she collaborates regularly with groups like Cantica Symphonia, La Compagnia del Madrigale, Cappella Augustana, Il Pomo d’Oro, Coro Maghini and Coro e Orchestra Ghislieri, performing in the most important national and international musical seasons and festivals. She has won the 2nd prize at the 16th Seghizzi International Competition of Chamber Singing, with the attribution of several prizes, including the best interpretation of a Lied. She has interpreted Camilla in the opera “Il trionfo di Camilla” by GIovanni Bononcini at Palazzo Albergati (Bologna) and at the Pavarotti Theater of Modena.
She has recorded for Glossa, Arcana/Outhere and Deutsche Grammophon.

Maria Chiara Gallo, mezzo-soprano, was born in Correggio and graduated in singing at the Conservatory “A. Peri” of the same city. She then studied with S. Mingardo, M. Piccinini, A. Tosi, and is currently specializing with S. Tedla at the Scuola Civica di Musica “Claudio Abbado” in Milan. She obtained scholarships at the Teatro Lirico Sperimentale of Spoleto, the Academia de Musica Antigua of Fundacio CIMA (directed by Jordi Savall), the “Beca Bach 2017” scholarship of the Bach Zum Mitsingen Association (Barcelona), the Académie Baroque Européenne d’Ambronay (directed by S. Kuijken).
She debuted in the roles of Thisbe in Rossini’s Cinderella, Ottavia in Monteverdi’s L’incoronazione di Poppea, Aeglé from Marais’ Alcione. She sings with La Capilla Real de Catalunya (J. Savall), Coro e Orchestra Ghislieri (G. Prandi), La Fonte Musica (M. Pasotti), Vox Luminis (L. Meunier), Arsys Bourgogne (M. Zeke), Cantar Lontano (M. Mencoboni), Accademia d’Arcadia (A. Rossi Lurig), Nederlands Kamerkoor (P. Dijkstra), Ensemble Arte Musica (F. Cera), Ricercare Ensemble (F. M Sardelli), Concerto Italiano (Rinaldo Alessandrini), Bach Collegium Barcelona (P. Jorquera), Erato Choir (D. Ribechi).  She is co-founder of the Ensemble AbChordis (directed by Andrea Buccarella) which won the EEEmerging project at the Centre Culturel de Rencontre Ambronay and with which she has performed in numerous festivals.
Recent and upcoming engagements as a soloist include: Monteverdi’s Orfeo in Paris and Versailles (J. Savall), Cavalieri’s “Rappresentazione di Anima e Corpo” in Utrecht and Bruges with Vox Luminis, concerts in Modena and Madrid with Accademia d’Arcadia, concerts at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona with Concerto Italiano (R, Alessandrini), concerts in Poland with Vox Luminis, European tour with Nederlands Kamerkoor and Freiburger Barockorkester.
She graduated in Languages and Foreign Literature and specialized in Languages for the promotion of cultural activities in Bologna and Modena.

Sara Lacitignola began her musical career studying transverse flute with Antonmario Semolini at the Conservatorio G. Verdi in Turin. In 2011 she combined her instrumental practice with the study of opera singing with of Rossella Giacchero and Renata Colombatto. In the same year she was selected by Coro Giovanile Italiano and joined other choral groups (Coro da Camera di Torino and Ensamble del Giglio) with which she has participated in numerous festivals, concerts and competitions in Italy and abroad. Since 2014 he has been a member of the Ruggero Maghini Philharmonic Choir and later began collaborating with Erato Choir and laVerdi Barocca of Milan, performing for important musical institutions such as MiTo Settembre Musica, Orchestra Sinfonica Nazionale della Rai, Unione Musicale di Torino, and Accademia del Santo Spirito, Accademia Corale Stefano Tempia and Musici di Santa Pelagia.
Since 2016 she has also been performing as a soloist in Italy and abroad and since 2017 she has been perfecting her skills by attending the Renaissance and Baroque Singing course at the Conservatorio “G. F. Ghedini” in Cuneo with Barbara Zanichelli. At the same time she conducts an intense teaching and conducting activity.

Annalisa Mazzoni has been into music since her childhood, she grew up singing, playing piano and flute, then she graduated in oboe at the Conservatory of Torino where she sang in the conservatory youth chamber choir and fell in love with polyphony. After her degree, she began to specialize in baroque Oboe in Verona, where her love for ancient music strengthened and she decided to definitively devote herself to singing and specialize in early music.She began studying singing with Alessandra Cordero and Barbara Zanichelli and obtained her Master in Vocal Performing Arts guided by Luisa Castellani at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana in Lugano. Her low voice led her to being especially comfortable with Renaissance polyphony and Baroque repertoire, in which she specialized in masterclasses with Rossana Bertini, Sara Mingardo, Gabriele Lombardi, Anke Herrmann.
In 2016 she won the contest for a position as contralto in the Choir of the Opera in Dijon (France), where she remained five years developing new skills in scenic art and Opera interpretation.
She performs in ensemble and as a soloist with notable early music ensembles as La Compagnia del Madrigale and Cantica Symphonia – Giuseppe Maletto, Il Pomo d’Oro – Francesco Corti, Maxim Emelyanychev, Il Canto di Orfeo – Gianluca Capuano, I Barocchisti and RSI Choir – Diego Fasolis, Marcus Poschner, Vladimir Ashkenazy, La Verdi Barocca – Ruben Jais, Choir de chambre de Namur – Leonardo García Alarcón, Coro Maghini for RAI Symphonic Orchestra – Christopher Hogwood, Helmuth Rilling, Rafael Frühbeck de Burgos, Juanjo Mena, Kristjan Järvi, Ottavio Dantone, Academia Montis Regalis – Alessandro De Marchi, Coro e Orchestra Ghislieri – Giulio Prandi, and others, in the most important national and international musical seasons and festivals.
She recorded for CPO, Glossa, Sony, Deutsche Harmonia Mundi, Decca, Hyperion.

Marta Moraru began learning the piano at the age of 6 and after her musical studies at the Dinu Lipatti College in Bucharest/Romania she graduated in piano at the Conservatory Giuseppe Verdi of Turin under the guidance of Annamaria Cigoli. She started then studying opera singing with Fiorenza Cossotto, completed a two-year postgraduate course in opera singing at the Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana under the guidance of Luisa Castellani and she is currently finishing the second Master of Arts in Singing and Pedagogy at the Haute Ecole de Musique de Genève with Marcin Habela.
As a soloist she debuted in the Opera “Il frutto rapito” by Marco Mandurrino, in Luciano Berio’s Folk Songs at the Ticino Musica festival, Bach’s Magnificat, Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater, Mozart’s Requiem in some of the most important Swiss and Italian festivals.
In the 2019/2020 season she started her collaboration with the Opera of Geneva in the opera Einstein on the Beach by Philip Glass, staged by the Compagnia Finzi Pasca of Lugano at the Gran Theatre in Geneva.
In 2020 mhe was one of the seven voices in the Beati Pauperes II of Klaus Huber in Lugano and interpreted Das Lied von der Erde by Gustav Mahler under the baton of Arturo Tamayo at the Auditorio Stelio Molo RSI in Lugano.
